The white plus sign mouse pointer in Excel 2010 had been causing me problems and frustration for months. I searched forums to find a solution to the following two problems: (1) clicking to select a single cell results in selecting multiple cells - the only workaround being to right-click and then left-click to select just one cell; and (2) unable to drag/modify the page breaks while in page break preview. Or you can right click on the icon in the taskbar and then 'add note,' or use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl + N.' You need to keep the app open for your notes to remain on the screen. Placement As with traditional sticky notes you can put these little guys all over the place. You can pick them up and move them around the full expanse of your display. Just drag, and drop.
